Clulo’s inclusion in this list comes at the heels of other accolades, such as the Catalyst Space Accelerator’s selection of him to participate in the Resilient Space Communications Cohort.
In naming Clulo to the list, SSPI acknowledges Clulo’s contributions to the development of ATLAS’ revolutionary FREEDOM™ Platform, his building of relationships leading to an Air Force Small Business Innovation Research proposal, and participation as chairperson of the ATLAS Space Explorers, which reflects SSPI’s own goal of inspiring the next generation of space industry experts.

Clulo began his career at ATLAS as a software engineer in 2018 after attending Marquette University. His current role sees him creating secure, cloud based applications to enable worldwide climate monitoring capabilities, and he is beginning work on building ATLAS’ ability to perform cognitive constellation management.

The Port Administration of American Samoa will host advanced satellite tracking antennas for ATLAS Space Operations, enhancing satellite ground-station services in the South Pacific. This partnership supports NOAA and military clients, improves real-time data coverage, and contributes to local infrastructure funding. Construction began on March 2, 2026.
